We give you 14 days to return your order, as long as your garment is not worn, washed, and in good condition. Here’s how to make a return or exchange:

Damaged or Defective Product?

Oh no! If your product arrived damaged or defective, just write to us at hello@klix-v.com. We’ll send you a replacement completely free of charge, including shipping costs.

Changed Your Mind or Need a Different Size?

No problem! Return the item with the packing slip, indicating whether you’d like a replacement or a refund. Send the package to the address provided on your packing slip.

Receive Your replacement item or Refund!

Once we receive your return, we’ll send you a code for a new purchase with no additional costs. If you prefer a refund, we’ll process it using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Shipping Costs? We Share Them!

You cover the cost of sending the items back to us, but once we receive the package and send the new shipment, we’ll cover those shipping costs.
